The Guardian range of Diesel Fire Pump Controllers delivers enhanced protection, reliability, and ease of operation for critical fire pump systems, while maintaining full compliance with AS2941:2013 and AS3000:2018.

Our latest design features a SIL-designed start circuit utilising IEC-certified safety relays, incorporating dual layers of redundancy and continuous monitoring to ensure the system remains available to start when required. With inbuilt anti-surge protection, EMC filtering, and an advanced PLC-based control system, the Guardian controller stands as one of the most advanced and robust solutions available on the market today.

Embedded Functions
  • Integrated Functionality for Soft Start and VSD systems, these functions are enabled with a touch of a button.
  • SIL designed start circuit utilising IEC certified safety relays. The controller carries out self-diagnostic checks, and can detect a failure in the start system, such as pressure switch disconnection or start circuit failure and provides alarm and a pop-up notification to the user.
  • Anti-surge and EMC Filtering integrated as standard. This protects the critical control circuits from transient spikes and electrical interference.
  • High-quality Meanwell Battery Chargers and Power Supply protect against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and reverse polarity while providing 4000V Galvanic isolation from control and battery circuits.
  • Large 7” permanently lit HMI displays all required information on one screen as required by AS2941:2013.
  • Notification window displays pop-up diagnostic information to assist the user with easy troubleshooting.
  • Advanced trend logging and downloadable event logs.
  • Modbus TCP/IP and Ethernet IP connection included as standard.
